Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the United States of Mexico or Canada. Employees of the sponsors (KJUS, Brass Ranch, and WCSN) and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win. Certain restrictions apply to those entrants who are under the age of eighteen, see details below. The person specified on the submitted entry form will be deemed the entrant. One person only is permitted per entry.

Fill out an official entry form at any Brass Ranch location between Monday March 10, 2008 and Saturday March 15, 2008 including your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, phone number and mobile phone number.

All entries must be received on or before 5:00 pm MST March 15, 2008 at the Brass Ranch River Run location and 12:00 pm MST March 15, 2008 at the Brass Ranch Mall location.
The Drawing
The winner will be drawn at 5:00 pm PST on March 15, 2008 at the Brass Ranch River Run location. The drawn entrant will be contacted via phone (home and mobile), text, and email immediately following the drawing. The drawn entrant will have one (1) hour to respond to claim the prize. The hour will begin following the last method of contact email and will noted on the email date/time stamp. If after one (1) hour the drawn entrant has not claimed the prize a second entry will be drawn, and will have one (1) hour to respond under the same stipulations as the first drawn entrant. Subsequent drawings will be made with the time frame until a winner claims the prize.
If a minor is chosen as the winner of this contest a parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor to and from the event location. Skiing, snowboarding and other snowsliding activities are inherently dangerous and the sponsors of this contest assume no liability for any injuries or losses whatsoever arising from entering or attempting to enter this contest.
The Prize
The prize consists of one (1) days lift ticket to Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, ID, for the day of March 16, 2008, a day of skiing with Casey Puckett, one (1) annual subscription to WCSN, and one (1) KJUS ski outfit consisting of one (1) KJUS jacket and one (1) pair of KJUS ski pants furnished by KJUS. The day must be taken March 16, 2008.
By submitting an entry to win the “Ski with Casey” contest, you release the sponsors and/or donators of this prize from any liability should any losses occur before, after, in transit to and from, during or relating to the prize redemption including but not limited to thefts, injuries, deaths, or acts of God. Winner will forfeit prize if not redeemed according to specific contest rules. The winning entrant will be required to sign a release before participating in the day skiing.
The contest sponsors reserve their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or extend this Contest or modify the official rules and regulations at any time without notice and shall have no liability to anyone, including entrants, for the cancellation or termination of the Contest. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
